Coming North from Downtown Portland:
1. I-5 North to Exit #304 (Rosa Parks Way)
2. Turn Right onto Rosa Parks Way
3. Turn Right onto the 4th street (first street past the park) onto
Kerby Avenue
4. Clinic is in the 2nd home on the left
5. Park on the East Side of Kerby Avenue only please

Coming South from Vancouver, WA:
1. I-5 South to Exit #304 (Rosa Parks Way)
2. Turn Left onto Rosa Parks Way
3. Cross over I-5 Freeway
4. Turn Right onto the 4th street past the freeway (first street past the park) onto Kerby Avenue
5. Clinic is in the 2nd home on the left
